Happy New Year!
This past Sunday, January 27th, I was a vendor at the Lombardo's Wedding Festival in Randolph and see that there were many engagements over Christmas and New Years. Lots of happy couples walking around... congratulations! It was a great crowd at the event but also some wonderful vendors. I was lucky enough to have my table next to a local florist Donny Lopez from "Lopez the Florist" in Dorchester. Donny seemed to know how to draw a crowd over and talk about the beautiful arrangements of flowers he had displayed on his table. His son Michael helped out and Donny was proud to let everyone know that this is a 4 generation business that started out with his grandfather. So after almost 7 hours of being at this event I was able to talk to and learn more about Donny's floral business and was impressed with both his style of arrangements as well as his fun business personality. If you know me I only refer out when I know it is a good quality business and Lopez the Florist is just that.
